OBC Sangharsh Samyukta Samiti will hold a massive protest at Jantar Mantar on February 5 against Kejriwal government depriving the OBC community of their rights

New Delhi, 3 February. Addressing a press conference today, Mr. Sunil Yadav, Convener of OBC Sangharsh Sanyukt Committee, said that the Kejriwal government of Delhi has been making the OBC community a victim of its false promises for the last eight years. The OBC community is also being deprived of the schemes of the Modi government at the center and the biggest reason for this is that the Delhi government is not allowing OBC certificates to be made. He gave a call that on February 5, all the deprived sections of the OBC community living in Delhi will protest strongly against the Delhi government.

Shri Sunil Yadav said that Delhi is the capital of the country, here people of different castes from different states of the country come and settle in Delhi from time to time due to their employment or any other reason. About 60 percent of Delhi's population belongs to the OBC community, but Kejriwal has done nothing except using them as a vote bank. He said that the Kejriwal government had written in its manifesto that when its government will be formed, it will remove the condition of this pre-1993 certificate for the OBC community living in Delhi and simplify the OBC certificate.

Shri Sunil Yadav said that any person from the OBC community, even if he has been living for 30 years, if he goes to the Delhi government to get his OBC certificate, he is asked for the residence certificate before 1993. Because he has come to Delhi after 1993, due to which his OBC certificate cannot be made. He said that today children, despite being in OBC caste, do not get the benefit of OBC. Neither their children can get admission in colleges, nor their children can get any benefit in job, neither children can apply in job under OBC quota, nor can they get any benefit in promotion in job, due to which 1993 Since then, the future of OBC community children who have come from other states of the country is getting worse. But now the OBC society is not going to tolerate this injustice and a strong protest against it will be held at Jantar Mantar on 5th February.
