In today’s fast-paced world, students are getting overburdened with workload and future tensions. Following are the health benefits of laughter for the students-

Laughter relieves stress by reducing stress hormones, cortisol, and epinephrine which relieves stress, improves mood, and adds colors to the moment and the life.

Laughter can also be an energy booster that improves self-confidence and concentration which improves the self-esteem of a person.

Laughter can allow students to think creatively and joyfully and may strengthen and promote good questioning and communicative skills to overcome conflicts and encourage teamwork.

Laughter can improve the oxygen supply in the human body, lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, decrease pain, and stimulate the lungs, heart, and muscles, preventing heart diseases and burning calories.

Laughter improves the immune system, and stimulates the production of immune cells and antibodies, bolstering the body's defense against infections.
