Craft Mela Inaugurated by BJP Leader Dr Vijay Jolly
Many handicraft artisans from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat , Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh have exhibited their products along with entertainment and food stalls. It may be recalled that this handicrafts exhibition is organized in several States of India by the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India.

New Delhi, 22nd Oct 2022 : Senior BJP Leader Dr. Vijay Jolly inaugurated the Craft Mela organized at Dwarka DDA Park Sector-1, West Delhi. Upon reaching the mela ground, BJP Leader Dr. Jolly kick started the Handicraft Diwali extravaganza by cutting the red ribbon. Local citizens & shopkeepers assembled in large numbers to touch base personally with people friendly BJP leader Dr. Jolly on the occasion. This craft mela shall continue till 30th October.

Eminent artisans of India showcase their handcrafted products showcasing Indian handicrafts heritage & culture.
Dr. Jolly in his brief address stated that in comparison to the previous governments, the present Modi government is doing remarkable work in saving the extinct handicrafts and artists with financial assistance. The Ministry of Textiles, handcrafts & handloom today is promoting village level artisans and non-governmental organizations associated with this cottage industry. Dr. Jolly wished all Happy Diwali and invoked Durga Maa Lakshmi to bestow her blessings for health, happiness & prosperity of all.
This handicraft mela is organized by NGO "Flaha Handicraft Society" led by organizer Mohd. Yameen Khan, Senior Director Shashi Ranjan Dubey, event Managers Guljar, Yash Kumar & Jai Prakash.
