Development and good governance is our first priority: Modi

New Delhi, May 17th BJP Delhi Pradesh President Dr. Harsh Vardhan, National President Shri Rajnath Singh, Former National President Nitin Gadkari, Shri Ananth Kumar and thousands of BJP workers heartily welcomed Shri Narendra Modi on his arrival in Delhi after winning election. Overwhelmed by his unprecedented welcome, Shri Modi said that he will fulfill the aspirations of the people. The country has entered into a positive era. We shall ensure development and good governance in the country taking along 125 crore people of India. All the seven winning BJP MPs of Delhi were among with the people welcoming Shri Modi.

Shri Modi arrived at IGI Airport at 11 am. Thousands of BJP workers led by Pradesh President garlanded him just after coming out of Airport. There was so much enthusiasm among the workers that he had to come out of his car and stand on the foot board to congratulate the workers by waving V sign. His motorcade reached Dwarka round about under a strong security cover. Thousands of workers present here broke all the barriers and showered flowers on the future Prime Minister.

The Motorcade of Shri Modi reached Central Office 11, Ashoka Road passing through Dhaula Kuan, 11 Murti, 3 Murti. The people and the workers stood on both sides of the road in his entire route and welcomed him. Shri Modi came out of his car and addressed the enthusiastic workers on the road opposite Central Office. Here 11 Pandits of Ram Mandir Chandni Chowk chanted mantras and amidst Sankhdhwani prayed to the God to bestow Shri Modi long life and make him capable of discharging his responsibilities.

At the Central Office, Shri Modi released white balloons in the air and gave a message to the country and entire world that BJP believes in peace and harmony. It does not oppose anyone. After this program, he participated the meeting of Parliamentary Board and after that proceeded for Varanasi to perform Aarti of Maa Ganga.
